Questions merchants ask first

Which countries can I ship from?

Any EU member state — goods in free circulation cross no customs border. Most of our lanes today run from Germany, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria and the Benelux, but the model is identical from Italy, France, Spain or the Baltics; only the linehaul time changes. Norway and Switzerland work too, with standard customs handling on the border leg.

Do I need a Romanian company or VAT number?

No. Your goods stay in free EU circulation and we only cross-dock them — nothing is stored or sold from Romania on your behalf. You declare Romanian VAT through your One-Stop-Shop return at home, exactly as you do for any other EU country you sell into.

How fast does my customer get the order?

Consolidated road freight reaches Arad in 1–2 days from central Europe, 2–4 from western Europe (see the country list above); we inject the same day the pallet arrives and Romanian couriers deliver in 24–48 h. With one fixed weekly departure, promise 4–6 days at checkout; with two or three departures, 3–4 days. Once your volume justifies daily departures, 2–3 days.

Who do I contact when something goes wrong with a delivery?

Us — always and only us, regardless of which courier carries the parcel. Delays, failed attempts, address changes, damages, lost parcels: our support team handles the courier side in Romanian and answers you in English. One contact, one SLA, four networks.

How and when do I receive my COD money?

Couriers settle collected cash to us on their regular cycles; we reconcile per AWB and pay your balance weekly by SEPA transfer in EUR, with a statement listing every order, its COD amount and the exchange rate applied.

Who is liable if a parcel is damaged?

Each leg is insured: the freight carrier on the border leg, us during cross-dock, and the delivery courier's standard liability on the last mile — plus optional declared-value insurance at 1%. One claim contact for everything: us.

What volume do I need to start?

One pallet per week — roughly 50–300 parcels depending on your goods. That's deliberately low: the pilot exists so both of us can measure real per-parcel economics before you commit marketing budget to the Romanian market.

Who arranges the truck to Arad?

Either works. Ship with your existing freight forwarder to our hub address, or we book the linehaul through our carrier network and put it on the same invoice.
